Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped fine
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
Beat.
Add other ingredients except nuts.
Beat well.
Pour into well-greased, floured jelly roll pan (10 x 15-inch).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn out on dish towel that has been sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Roll up.
Cool.
Unroll carefully.
