Ingredients

1 c. melted shortening
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. uncooked oats
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Beat together shortening, sugars, milk, vanilla and eggs.
Mix flour, baking powder, soda and salt and add to creamed mixture. Mix at low speed.
Stir in remaining ingredients with a spoon. Place 1/4 cup dough on greased cookie sheet, 3 inches apart.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 13 to 15 minutes or until light brown on edges.
Cool 3 minutes, then remove with spatula.
