Grilled Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pork tenderloin
olive oil
coarsely ground black pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
Preparation

Coat the tenderloin with olive oil, black pepper and garlic powder.
Let set an hour or two.
Grill over medium coals for 10 minutes per side, 20 minutes total.
Place on hot platter and slice across the grain.
Pour on sauce.
