Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
2 c. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. butter
Preparation

Beat all ingredients together in a pan.
Heat on low heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Pour into a baked pie crust.
Cool.
If desired, top with whipped cream or ice cream.
