Hamburger-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 thinly sliced potatoes
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    1/4 green pepper, finely chopped
    1/4 red pepper, finely chopped
    1 can celery soup
    1/2 sour cream (large container)
    1 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Grate cheese.
    Boil potatoes 5 minutes and drain.
    Fry meat, onion and peppers; drain.
    Place meat mix in bottom of large baking dish.
    Top with potatoes.
    Mix soup and sour cream; pour on top of potatoes.
    Top with 2/3 cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender at 350\u00b0.
    Remove foil and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake for 5 minutes.
