Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oleo
2 eggs
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/8 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavor
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream oleo; add sugar.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Sift dry ingredients together; add alternately with buttermilk.
Add vanilla, bananas and nuts.
Bake in loaf pans (2 big pans or 4 small loaf pans).
Bake at 350\u00b0.
When cake is done, cake will turn loose from sides of pans.
