Zesty Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter
    6 to 8 cooked carrots
Preparation
    Spread carrots (cut lengthwise into strips) in shallow baking pan.
    Mix water, onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Pour over carrots.
    Top with bread (or crackers) crumbs mixed with melted butter.
    Bake in quick-moderate oven (375\u00b0) for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
