Chicken Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    4 to 6 deboned chicken breasts
    salt and pepper or lemon pepper or Tony Chachere's Cajun seasoning
    flour
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Heat cast-iron skillet and then gently pour cooking oil in pan until pan is half full.
    Oil is hot when you can drop a crumb of batter into hot oil and it floats back to top of oil beginning to fry.
