Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large baking potatoes
2 sticks butter
2 c. grated cheese
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped chives
Preparation

Wash, dry and butter potatoes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cut each
in
half lengthwise and scoop out carefully to keep shells intact. Add butter, salt and pepper and mash.
Add milk and beat until fluffy.
Sometimes it takes more than 1 cup of milk.\tFold in\tcheese and chives and re-stuff shells, sprinkling tops\twith Parmesan
cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 12.
