Pork Chop And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (1-inch) pork chops
    4 medium potatoes, sliced
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Brown chops in large skillet.
    Drain on paper toweling.
    Place potatoes and mushrooms on bottom of buttered 2-quart (oblong) casserole.
    Place chops over.
    Mix water and soup mix and pour over chops.
    Cover and bake 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender at 350\u00b0.
