Scrambled Eggs For A Crowd - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. melted butter
25 eggs
1 1/2 c. hot milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Coat a 9 x 13-inch pan with butter.
Set aside.
Beat eggs well.
Add hot milk slowly to eggs.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour egg mixture into buttered pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes; stir.
Bake 15 minutes more.
