Shammy Creek Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice (squeeze on shrimp night before)
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's rice, cooked (half and half)
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 lb. cooked, peeled shrimp
Preparation
    Saute vegetables; add cooked rice, cooked shrimp, soup and grated cheese.
    Stir well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with salad and for dessert, Lemon Squares.
