Almond Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. heavy or whipping cream
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix on low speed for 1 minute.
Increase until soft peaks form.
Delicious over fruit.
