Cheesy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 pt. fresh mushrooms, sauteed
    2 bunches fresh broccoli, steamed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Simmer chicken until tender; pull from bones and discard skin and bones.
    Cook the rice and set aside.
    Stir together soup, mayonnaise, milk and cheese.
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Cover bottom of dish with cooked rice.
    Top with chicken and add 1/2 of soup mixture.
    Add broccoli and mushrooms and cover with rest of the soup mixture.
    Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs. Cover casserole with the bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes.
