Hawaiian Style Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut in pieces
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (9 oz.) can pineapple slices (save juice)
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1/3 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    parsley (garnish)
Preparation
    Melt butter in shallow roasting pan.
    Roll chicken in butter and arrange pieces, skin side up, in a single layer in pan. Reserve 2 slices of pineapple for garnish.
    Dice remaining slices. Mix pineapple and juice with remaining ingredients.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Spoon sauce over chicken.
