Carrot Cake(Cracker Barrel Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups self-rising flour
    1 cup oil
    3 eggs
    1 cup coconut
    2 cups grated carrots
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup nuts
    10 or 12 oz. can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix flour and cinnamon.
    Beat oil, sugar, eggs, add to flour and cinnamon beat smooth.
    Add pineapple, carrots, coconut, and nuts.
    Grease pan with margarine.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
    Top with cream cheese frosting.
