Bell Pepper Tofu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. tofu (firm)
    1 small lemon
    1 green bell pepper, cut in 1/2-inch strips
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 medium onion, cut in strips
    1 Tbsp. sweet sour chili sauce
Preparation
    Cut tofu lengthwise in half, then cut across, thinly. Marinate in lemon, soy sauce and chili sauce for 10 to 15 minutes. Fry in olive oil.
