Wilted Lettuce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. leaf lettuce, cut up small
1 c. vinegar
3 to 4 green onions, chopped up
salt to taste
1/2 to 3/4 lb. bacon, cooked (save grease from bacon)
Preparation

Mix lettuce and onions together.
Crumble bacon up and put in lettuce mixture.
Heat bacon grease up; it needs to be very hot. Pour bacon grease over lettuce.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour vinegar over lettuce mix.
You can also slice radishes and put in this.
