Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 stick margarine
    1 small can sliced mushrooms (optional)
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1 small clove garlic, pressed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    While cooking the broccoli, saute the celery, green peppers, onions and garlic until soft in a stick of margarine.
    Cook rice as usual; add mushroom soup and Cheez Whiz.
    Mix well.
    Combine everything; mix thoroughly and place in a casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Bake an additional 10 minutes, uncovered.
    Serves 10 to 12 people.
    Nice dish for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner.
