Scrambled Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 c. thinly sliced onion
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. salad oil
2 tomatoes, peeled and diced
Preparation

Mix vegetables, salt and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet or kettle.
Add vegetables.
Cover and cook for 8 or 9 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Should be crisp.
