Fruited Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cut up chickens
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing (fat free optional)
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation

Spray large baking pan with Pam or grease pan.
Place chicken in pan skin side up or skinless.
Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover pan with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting several times. Uncover and cook for 10 minutes to brown. Serve over white rice.
