Pistachio Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box instant pistachio pudding
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
    1 c. pecans
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
Preparation
    Mix unmade pudding with pineapple and juice.
    Add marshmallows and softened cream cheese.
    Dissolve gelatin in 1 tablespoon cold water and 2 tablespoons hot water.
    Add to mixture.
    Fold in Cool Whip and pecans.
    Chill for 1 hour.
