Strawberry Fool - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. strawberries
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. whipped cream
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Mash strawberries until liquified.
    Dissolve sugar in water and add berries.
    Boil for 1 minute and leave to cool.
    It should be like jelly.
    Mix with more strawberries and add whipped cream and stiffly beaten egg white.
    Serves approximately 4 to 5.
