Vegetable Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (dry mix)
1 c. salad dressing
3/4 c. pepper, chopped fine
3/4 c. broccoli, chopped fine
3/4 c. tomatoes, chopped fine
3/4 c. cauliflower, chopped fine
3/4 c. mushrooms, chopped fine
3/4 c. grated carrots
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cover bottom of jelly roll pan with crescent rolls.
Pinch seams together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes; let cool.
Beat cream cheese, salad dressing and Hidden Valley Ranch mix until smooth; spread on crust; mix vegetables in bowl and sprinkle on top.
Refrigerate.
