Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine or butter
4 tsp. liquid sugar substitute
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients. Cream margarine. Add sugar substitute, vanilla and egg, blending well. Add flour mixture and beat well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 375\u00b0. Serves 18 (2 cookies per serving).
