Coffee Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 tall cans evaporated milk, chilled
    1 qt. carbonated water, chilled
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 qt. firmly frozen vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Combine coffee, sugar and salt in saucepan.
    Add water and mix well.
    Place over low heat and stir constantly until well mixed. Remove from heat; chill, then stir in milk.
    When ready to serve, pour into punch bowl.
    Spoon in ice cream; stir slightly.
    Pour in carbonated water.
    Makes 24 punch cup servings.
