No Knead Roll Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine or shortening
    1 c. warm milk
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl in order.
    Beat at medium low of mixer for 3 minutes.
    Stir in 3 to 3 1/4 cups of flour to make a stiff dough.
    Cover; let rest for 15 minutes. Toss on floured surface until no longer sticky.
    Shape into dinner rolls.
    Cover; let rise in warm place until doubled.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
