Paprika Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    lemon juice to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cream above ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
    Add lemon juice to reach a good consistency.
    On a piece of aluminum foil, sprinkle sheet heavily with paprika and roll cheese into a loaf or log-like shape, covering the cheese outside thickly with paprika. Refrigerate until needed to serve.
    Can be made two weeks ahead. Can be used as two cheese balls with nuts also.
