Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes (2 c.)
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
10 oz. lasagna noodles
3 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. salt
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
Preparation

Brown meat, drain off fat.
Add next five ingredients and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
Cook noodles according to directions.
Drain and rinse.
Combine all remaining ingredients, except for Mozzarella cheese.
Place half the noodles in a large cake pan; spread with half the cottage cheese filling; add half the Mozzarella cheese and half the meat sauce.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
