Chicken And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned and cut into 1-inch squares
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 sweet peppers (1 green and 1 red), cut into squares
    3 celery, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    3/4 c. cold water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In bowl combine chicken with soup mix, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, garlic and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Marinate for 20 minutes.
    In skillet heat remaining oil and cook peppers and celery over high heat, stirring frequently for 3 minutes.
    Add green onions and cook 2 minutes.
    Remove from pan. Add chicken to skillet and cook 3 minutes.
    In separate bowl mix remaining soy sauce and cornstarch with water and sugar.
    Add to chicken in skillet with vegetable.
    Simmer for 3 minutes.
