Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/3 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 dash pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 (No. 303) can whole kernel corn (about 2 c.), drained
1 egg, slightly beaten
buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until tender.
Blend in flour, salt, paprika, mustard and pepper and cook until bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Add milk gradually.
Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add corn and egg.
Pour into 1-quart baking dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
