Low Fat Chicken Tostados - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 lb. cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, shredded
    3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
    1/2 cup chopped red pepper
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato
    6 6-inch flour tortillas
    6 Tbsp fat-free sour cream
    6 Tbsp salsa
    6 Tbsp low-fat cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine chicken, lettuce, peppers and tomatoes in a large bowl. Heat tortillas by placing them one at a time in a dry skillet. Turn once until brown and puffy. To assemble:
    Place a tortilla on a plate and top with some of the chicken mixture. Garnish with sour cream, salsa and cheese. Serves 6.
