Waist Watcher'S Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 large head cauliflower, separated into flowerets
1 medium onion
3 c. water
3 vegetable bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Chop cauliflower and onion in food processor.
Combine vegetables with water, bouillon cubes and salt in large saucepan. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes or until tender.
Stir in dry milk powder.
Shred cheese and add to soup.
Stir until cheese melts.
Makes 8 servings.
