Bacon-Cheddar Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large baking potatoes
    1 stick butter
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 1/2 c. bacon bits
    salt
    pepper
    seasoning salt
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until done.
    When cool, cut into chunks.
    Melt butter in large frying pan.
    Add potatoes, cheese and bacon bits. Season with salt, pepper and seasoning salt to taste.
    Cook until cheese is melted.
    (Great for left over baked potatoes.)
