Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. quick oats
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Pour oats into a large shallow baking pan.
    Combine sugar, oil, water, cinnamon and salt.
    Stir into oats and mix well.
    Spread evenly in pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
    Cool; store in a tightly covered container.
