Beef And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
    2 c. flour
    salt to taste
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Put roast in roaster pan and add water to top of meat.
    Bring almost to boil.
    Turn heat down and simmer about 3 hours covered. Remove meat and bring water to boil.
    Add beef bouillon cubes, one for about each cup of liquid.
    Add noodles and turn heat down to simmer.
    Cook for at least 1 hour.
