Mocha Cocoa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    3 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
    1/2 c. water
    1 (3-inch) stick cinnamon
    6 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    additional cinnamon sticks
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Add milk and vanilla.
    Cook until thoroughly heated.
    Serve each cup with a cinnamon stick.
    Yields 7 cups (about 116 calories per 1 cup serving).
