Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cucumbers
garlic buttons
dill weed heads and stems or dill seed
small hot peppers (optional)
1 c. salt
1 c. vinegar
grape leaves
1 gal. water
Preparation
-
Sterilize jars.
Wash cucumbers thoroughly; pack in quart jars, 20 each jar.
Add 2 buttons of garlic, 1 dill weed head and stem and 1 or 2 small hot peppers.
