Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans tomato soup
1 small onion, diced
1 egg
1 Tbsp. ketchup
seasonings
2 cans water
1 slice bread
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. uncooked regular rice (not quick)
Preparation

Heat soup and water in medium saucepan.
Mix all other ingredients.
Shape in medium-size balls and drop in soup.
Cook on medium heat for 45 minutes, stirring only slightly.
Serve with mashed potatoes or with linguine.
