Burgundy Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, cut up
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1/2 can Burgundy wine
Preparation
    Cut beef into small pieces and brown in oil.
    Add onion and cut-up mushrooms.
    When mushrooms are soft, add soup, water and wine.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour or more, stirring every 15 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles.
