Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c sugar
    1/2 c Bisquick baking mix
    2 T margarine
    1 can (13 oz) evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
    1 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients until smooth, about 2 minutes on high with hand mixer.
    Pour into pie plate, bake at 325 F 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
