Brazilian Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. boiled rice (set aside)
    1/4 c. butter
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1 c. milk
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and stir into rice.
    Pour mixture into a 2-quart baking dish and bake in a pan of water in a 350\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes.
    Can be made 24 hours ahead.
