Sunflower Cheese Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1/4 c. shelled sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Cut butter into flour and salt to resemble fine crumbs.
    Beat in cottage cheese until smooth. Stir in seeds.
    Roll half of dough into a 12 x 16-inch rectangle 1/16-inch thick.
    Cut into 2-inch squares.
    Prick squares.
    Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 8 dozen.
