Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1 c. butter less 2 Tbsp.
    4 eggs
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Sift together 2 cups flour and 1/2 cup confectioners sugar. Cut in the butter until very fine crumbs.
    Press into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Beat eggs, granulated sugar and lemon juice.
    Sift in the 1/4 cup flour and baking powder.
    Stir into egg mixture.
    Pour over baked crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for another 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
    Cool and cut.
