Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. stewed squash, mashed
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. Ritz crackers or bread crumbs
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cracker crumbs.
    Pour in buttered baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Put 1/2 cup cracker crumbs on top.
