Gingerbread Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dark molasses
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. ginger
4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 Tbsp. baking soda
1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
5-6 c. flour
Preparation

Place the molasses, sugar, ginger, and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir constantly until sugar has melted.
Add baking soda and stir.
When the mixture bubbles up, remove from heat.
