Sugar Cookie Cutouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream first 4 ingredients together until light and fluffy. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat well. Chill dough 1 hour. Roll dough 1/8-inch thick. Cut into desired shapes. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets 6 to 8 minutes at 400\u00b0. Yield: 5 dozen.
