Ingredients

1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) dried apricots, ground or finely chopped
2 c. moist shredded coconut
2/3 c. (1/2 can) condensed milk
confectioners sugar
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, blend together apricots and coconut. Stir in condensed milk.
Shape into small balls and roll in sugar. Let stand in air until firm.
Makes about 1 1/2 pounds.
