Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk
2/3 c. grated Parmesan
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 fryer (3 to 4 lb.) cut-up
Preparation

In shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
In another shallow bowl, beat eggs and add milk.
In a third bowl combine parmesan and bread crumbs.
Coat chicken with flour mixtures, dip in egg mixture and roll in crumb mixture.
Place in a well greased 15 x 10 inch baking pan.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Yields 4 servings.
