Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast, cut in cubes
    2 Tbsp. oil
    onions
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 can chunk pineapple in juice
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    carrot strips
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil; add peppers, onions and carrot strips. Cook until tender.
    Mix cornstarch with soy sauce.
    Add to pan with pineapple and juice, vinegar and brown sugar.
    Bring to a full boil.
    Prepare rice.
    Serve chicken over rice.
    Serves 4.
